What are Chakras?
Chakras are known to be focused energy regions of the body. Chakra is a Sanskrit term, and it means “wheel” or “disk” and is derived from the root word “cakra”. Chakras are spinning wheels of energy and have the devoted responsibility of taking in, absorbing, and radiating energy, to keep us functioning at optimal levels. The Chakra stones are known as healing crystals that encompass specific colors and vibrations. Every Chakra has a specified color, meaning, and purpose. See below.
